By using the App, you agree to receive these ads.We may offer a paid version of the App that does not include ads. If you choose to upgrade to the paid version, you will not receive ads while using the App.You agree not to use the App in a way that interferes with the display or functioning of ads within the App. You also agree not to use ad-blocking software or any other software or method that interferes with the displaying of ads within the App.We reserve the right to change the frequency, format, and content of ads within the App at any time without notice.You acknowledge and agree that the App stores, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, are not responsible for the ads or any content within the App, including any rewards or prizes offered within the App.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the app to engage in any of the following activities:Hacking, cracking, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app or our systems.Interfering with or disrupting the app or our systems.Uploading, posting, or transmitting any offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.Engaging in any activity that violates any law or infringes on the rights of any third party.

‍Termination
We may terminate your access to the app at any time and for any reason without notice. You may also terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your use of the app.

‍Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

‍Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the app or your breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the app following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

‍App Stores involvement.
It's important to note that app stores, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, are not involved in the prizes or raffles offered within the app. Any rewards or prizes offered within the app are solely the responsibility of the app developers.
