Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years of age to use the app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 14 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement.

Registration
To use the app, you must register an account with us. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your name, address, email address, and any other information requested by us. In addition, you must keep your account information up-to-date at all times.

Use of App
You may use the app only for lawful purposes and following this Agreement. You may not use the app to engage in any activity that violates any law or infringes on the rights of any third party.

Virtual Predictions and Coin
The app offers virtual predictions on various events, games, and sports. The virtual predictions are only for entertainment, and no real money is involved. The app does not allow the purchase of virtual coins or any other virtual items with a monetary value. We do not guarantee any virtual predictions’ accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

Prize and Redeems
By participating in prize redemption, users are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

The only currency eligible for redemption of prizes on the Redeem page is batal in-app coins. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to hack or cheat in order to acquire coins. It is important to note that the coins cannot be purchased from any first, second, or third-party sources.

Redeem fulfillment
The prize will be delivered within 6-8 weeks for auditing purposes, which includes verifying that users did not engage in cheating or hacking activities to redeem the prize. Additionally, this timeframe accounts for packaging and shipping processes. Please note that any applicable taxes or customs fees required for the gift to reach the redeemer will be the responsibility of the recipient.

The prize will be shipped exclusively to the name provided during registration. Shipping to a different person or making recipient changes is not permitted.

“We reserve the right to request proof of identification from users to verify their identity and ensure the legitimacy of their account. This may be required as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to maintain a secure and compliant platform.”

Advertising
We may serve ads to our free tier users while they are using the App. These ads may be based on your activity within the App or other factors, such as your location or interests. By using the App, you agree to receive these ads.

We may offer a paid version of the App that does not include ads. If you choose to upgrade to the paid version, you will not receive ads while using the App.

You agree not to use the App in a way that interferes with the display or functioning of ads within the App. You also agree not to use ad-blocking software or any other software or method that interferes with the displaying of ads within the App.

We reserve the right to change the frequency, format, and content of ads within the App at any time without notice.

You acknowledge and agree that the Operating Providers & App stores, such as Apple or Google, are not responsible for the ads or any content within the App, including any rewards/giveaways or prizes offered within the App.

Giveaways

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
To participate in the giveaway, it is necessary to view the ads provided within the app. If you choose to skip the ads, your eligibility to enter will be forfeited. Please be aware that certain giveaways may impose a minimum entry level requirement.

Winner Selection
The winner(s) will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries. The winner(s) will be notified through the contact information provided during registration.
Winner Announcement: The winner(s) will be publicly announced on our App & through our official social media platforms.

Prize Fulfillment
Prizes will be shipped within 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the giveaway, subject to potential delays due to auditing and shipping processes.

Prohibited Activities
You may not use the app to engage in any of the following activities:

Hacking, cracking, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app or our systems.
Interfering with or disrupting the app or our systems.
Uploading, posting, or transmitting any offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.
Engaging in any activity that violates any law or infringes on the rights of any third party.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the app at any time and for any reason without notice. You may also terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your use of the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the app or your breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the app following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

App Stores involvement
It’s important to note that operating providers & app stores, such as the Apple or Google, are not involved in the prizes or giveaways offered within the app. Any rewards or prizes offered within the app are solely the responsibility of the app developers and owners “UVX Technologies FZE”.

No Political Discussions Policy
At Batalapp, our primary aim is to provide a space for entertainment and enjoyment for all our users. We believe in fostering a positive and inclusive community that values entertainment and fun above all else. As such, we have implemented a “No Political Discussions” policy to maintain a harmonious and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Policy Details:

1. Entertainment Focus: Batal/Batalapp is dedicated to providing users with a platform for entertainment purposes only. We do not endorse or support political discussions or activities on our platform.

2. Removal of Political Content: Any political comments, profile names, or images that promote or engage in political discussions will be promptly removed. We want to ensure that our platform remains free from disturbances and conflicts related to political views.

3. User Cooperation: We kindly request all users to refrain from introducing political discussions or content. We value the cooperation of our users in helping us maintain a politics-free environment.

Consequences for Violation:

Users who violate this policy by engaging in political discussions or uploading political content may face the following consequences:

– Content Removal: Political comments, profile names, or images will be removed.

– Warnings: Users may receive warnings for their first violations as a reminder of our policy.

– Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension from the platform.

-Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban from Batal/Batalapp.

Appeals:

Users who believe their content was mistakenly removed or have questions about the application of this policy may appeal moderation decisions through the designated channels. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.
